Dear Virtual School Family,

We are trying to gather some information for a fun and educational Capitol Day activity. Will you please take a few minutes to fill out our questionnaire? Each student in your household can complete a questionnaire.

The results will be incorporated into a fun activity and presented at the 10th Annual Virtual Schools Capitol Day on Tuesday, February 6 at the State Capitol in Salem. If you're not able to attend Capitol Day, that's okay. You can still be part of the fun by completing the quesitonnaire. Your answers to these questions matter to us!
